Is Ghost Worthy of R5?

Have the materials to R5 her, my other R5s are doom, herc, aegon, and apoc. She is sig 200. Is she perhaps the best tech option?

She’s still a fantastic champion, especially when battlegrounds metas involve some sort of hazard shift/other damaging debuff. My go to tech is definitely FAM now, but she’s still up there
