When will the missing masteries be given?

It's been a few months already since the Act 4 changes and there is no resolution as to the missing masteries @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Porthos @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Lyra

Will this be resolve soon and can we expect compensation as to those affected as having less masteries than people should is a clear disadvantage in day to day fights.
