Whom to awaken and/or rank up

Hi guys, I’ve had a little break from mcoc but came back to it for the last month or so due to it being Christmas. I’ve got myself a few new 6*s from the gifting event but am stuck as to whom I should awaken (using a 6* generic gem) or whom to rank up in order to help me progress further through act 6.2 and beyond. Once I got cav I didn’t really do much more story quests but am looking to push through act 6 when I can now with the help of some of my new 6*s.
These are my current 6*s; as you can see my luck hasn’t been the greatest. You may think that nick fury is hands down the best option, bare in mind I’ve got a 5/65 5* awakened and sig 200, do you think it’s still worth the 6* for act 6?
