Missing items

Purchased 3 $100 bundles in the summoners market and never received them. I have deleted and restarted the games multiple times as well as downloaded and installed on a brand new device. I came here after. Noticed the limit text about the bundles. Do I get a refund if the $300 or am I going to get my goods?

    I got a copy paste message from Kabam about deleting, reinstalling etc which I responded to. If I don’t hear something soon I will just ask my lender for a refund of the items.

    Did you already buy 4 in game beforehand (and receive 4x of the stuff from there) ? And so that's why the new 3x aren’t being delivered ?

    Or not, and you still should be getting the newer 3x from web store ?

    I wouldn’t request refund thru your Bank/CreditCard, because that might cause Kabam to put you into “Negative Units”.

    Best to continue to work with Xsolla + Kabam to either get the items, or to have Kabam do the refund if you haven’t actually received the stuff (and thus opened or used anything from it). They should be able to refund and make sure you don’t actually get the stuff.

    Thank you for commenting. I have not received or used anything. I didn’t know about the limits until I bought and found the forum. I bought the deals in game and found the web store and bought them too. No warnings until I found the forum later on. So weird cause marvel strike force in game and webstore work together. I certainly don’t want to refund. I like the game and want to play.

    Nevermind went through Xsolla and requested refund through them.
