    I got them a long time ago but opted out years and years ago. Even with it switched on, I still don't get them anymore.

    From what I heard along time ago is if you opt out and the opt back in you don't get them even tho it's turned back on. I thought they had that fixed finally but guess not. I turned it on when it was mentioned on their live stream last month before new content dropped, so this is a little annoying.
