webstore and app store share limit?

Has anyone else heard of this? I had an issue where I purchased all the Xmas Odins in the app store then went to the webstore to buy another one, I just clicked on it, then I had to leave. When I got back to my desk a few hours later I finished the purchase, but I never received the items. When I first emailed they said that I had gotten it and opened it, I replied showing I clearly only had 6 of the 7* champions, 2 from the quest and 4 from the odins in the app store so could not have received it. Today I get an email saying they researched it and they share a limit and were refunding the money. I am glad I am getting my money back, but no other time did I hit this shared limit. not Black Friday or any other time.

Can anyone point to any info on this limit and when it is triggered? I thought the link I had clicked had some token that expired not that there was such a limit.

    Hehe no, this is the first time on the forums for me in a while and I just opened it up and posted, that is on me, my bad.
