Can’t change relic

Hello, I've been writing to you 3 times already, I can't replace the relics of the characters that are already equipped, I need to go through the content and I can't change any relic? What is this? I'll donate a lot of money into your game and I can't use it like I can't and I'm tired of your typical answers!
