Unable to claim the Naughty or Nice token and the reward for Week 3

I have received the mail for completing the objectives for week 3 of the objectives but the mail I received had no attached token and I'm unable to claim the rewards. What do I do? The claim now button does not work and the mail had no attachments.
I recently changed progressions from Uncollected to Cavalier if that's relevant information.
