Bug in Naughty and Nice token! Can not claim the rewards

Every time I open the game, I always get the mail for completing the objectives for week 2 of the objectives but the mail I received had no attached token. The "claim now" button just do nothing. Please Help !!!

Mail msg ? Or just pop-up or notification that there is one available in Objectives tab (above) ?

You most likely already completed these before, and now have advanced to a new progression title. Seems like these spawn (reset) again with the updated rewards for your new progression.

Can claim all of the levels again, EXCEPT for the final level. (for some reason)

Maybe to prevent you from getting 1 more extra/duplicate side quest entry ticket, or from getting actual Mail Msg which has another Naughty or Nice selector. Or to prevent yet another re-spawn of then if you jump up yet another progression again during this month.
