Advice for Ascending One 6* and Two 5*

I can ascend one 6* and 2 5*. I've read all sorts of advice on who to ascend, but my roster doesn't have a lot of the recommended champs.

Here's my lineup. What are your thoughts?

Highest Level 6* Champs
I'm leaning towards AA 6*R3 L45 or Mags 6*R3 L25




Highest Level 5* Champs
I'm leaning towards maxed Torch Sig 118, or maxed Herc Sig 17.
