    One sp2 still kills without full moon, just have to wait 1-2 extra seconds for ruptures to tick down. If you fight a hulkling you can sp1 to nullify regen and sp2 with curse up, but that is redundant and not needed with power shield.

    I wish I had him. I put my ascended r5 doom up and a guy with a 6 r2 pupper got him down in 30 seconds. After that I perma banned him regardless of his rank lol

    Hulkbuster has also been an mvp for me, parry heavy till I get to sp2 and fights over. But Doggo is definitely the best attacker overall this season.

    scorpion is really solid too. Apart from Thing and Sassy , and a few more champs, i rarely seen anyone can survive a sp2 of his with 6-8 ruptures/poison

    I will not disagree with anyone.
    But, Hyperion have constant power gain, as for example Dr. Strange and maybe some others.

    Played with Tigra and she don't have this attribute.

    So...for this attribute, Hyperion is better.
