Get rid of solo incursion team rating requirement

When I got kicked into sector 6 of incursions I couldn't even attempt it cuz my top 3 champs weren't a high enough rating even with 4 or 5 buffs active. Now I can attempt it but I need 3 buffs active.
If you're gonna force someone into a higher difficulty then u should at least make it so they can actually attempt it.
Remove the minimum team rating requirement when doing incursions solo but keep it for duo play.
