Confirmed that either 8.4/chapter 8 exploration is the only other way to get a r3 besides exploration of necropolis.

You also could have whaled out on the cyber weekend deals to get the catalysts for a R3

Yeah, but I wasn’t paragon yet. I ran through paragon just to get into necropolis.
