Dani Moonstar still doesnt shut down Nick Fury

I'm trying to test Dani (sig.200 - 100% chance to reapply a passive neuro) against Nick Fury and her Neuros are not shutting down his second life. I may be missing something here.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ramp her to her special and apply neuros of the defender.
   
2. Watch him die with neuros on and then remove them (Like his description says he will)
   
3. Watch him go back to full health. (Her neuros dont reapply like her sig says they will)

This is a current bug on Nick Fury’s side. Toad is having issues against him as well due to it

The buff to Dani didn’t seem that much helpful for her. This may be another Sandman scenario
