Lag in Laybirth of Legend

Hey Kabam. I have a big issue with the Laybirth of Legends. That is everytime I'm clicking fight button my screen freezes. It happened only in laybirth and abyss not even in Necropolis. Sometimes in laybirth it used to fix sometimes and I can fight but sometimes when in middle of quest and I used revives, It wouldn't even start even after an hour. All my time, Energy, Revives, Potionns, Everything would be wasted as it won't start and forcefully I should restart my game
In order to recover these items, I am requesting you to fix this issue which frequently happens and make a big loss to the player
