Neutralize not working in battlegrounds

I’m not even sure why but Wiccan and Rintrah’s neutralize is not applying while the force of will rule applies in battlegrounds and this is true even against Galan. When I saw that I assumed it is because of the AAR immunity but then my opponent seemed to use Wiccan find against my Galan. What’s going on?

    It’s because of force of will node. As for how someone used Wiccan against Galan it’s possible they just got lucky and he held his specials

    They changed it to force of will after releasing a broken node which was stupid, but yeah, you can’t reliably use Wiccan/BC/Tigra anymore

    They should remove force of will and apologize to the community for this not trying to fix the broken node instead of doing nothing but here lets make alot of champions useless
