I know this is contreversial but i think it would be a nice addition to the game, im sure a lot of people hve a lot of rankups they wish they didnt do, this way they could undo it and give it to another chamo they like. Of course they reasource would be limited like how 6* ascension is once a month or once two months but still i would love to see the ranj down tickets return someday

Four big reasons why it is highly unlikely to ever happen.
1. Rank up decisions are intended to have consequences. You're supposed to think about who to rank up as if those are important decisions, and the irreversibility of them makes those decisions consequential. It is the same reason why we don't ever earn enough mastery points to unlock and use everything. If you can use everything, you don't have to decide what you want, and that would make mastery decisions all but moot, and thus irrelevant. You're supposed to rank, and then live with that rank decision. Regret is part of the whole point of player agency.
2. Allowing players to rank down champions makes the game more hostile to new players. Veteran players get all kinds of advantages over new players, but this game needs a constant influx of new players to keep it healthy. If new players thought it was completely hopeless to compete with the veterans, they wouldn't bother to join the game. RDTs are a way for veteran players to take resources they spent in the past and spend them again in the future. That means they will always have this huge extra advantage of not only spending today what they earn today, but also respending today what they earned yesterday. This extra advantage pushes the game in the wrong direction.
3. RDTs are extremely problematic for game balance. For all the same reasons that they make the game more hostile to new players, they also make the game harder to balance, because RDTs are in effect an extremely powerful source of rank up resources.
4. RDTs are homogenizing. If everyone can just rank randomly and then change that decision later, the tendency will be for players to shift towards more popular rank up choices over time. This will tend to make players' rosters more alike, because any differences in rank up decisions will tend, on average, to get erased. This has deleterious long term effects on the health of the game.
Advocates tend to say "yeah, but we don't want a lot of them, how much harm can just a few do?" And the answer is, how small of a fire would you let me start in your living room? What's your definition of a fire small enough that it is harmless?
