    1. Shared your account.
    2. Used mods to hack the game.
    3. Hired someone to complete content for you.

    We know it was your brother or cousin.

    We know you spent tons of money and wouldn't ever hack or cheat.

    We know you won't do it again and that you're sorry.

    We know some random expert hacker out there somehow knew you played MCOC and saw your account and wanted it so badly that they figured out your email, knew all the answers to the questions support asks to take control of your account.
