Suggestion for Blob's kit.

Thick layer of fat could make him immune to frostbite and cold snap.Or a cross fight ability which gives buffs wrt the final hit of the previous match and they are named after types of meals like sp1 gives light meal, sp2 heavy meal and sp3 a feast.
Sp1 as the meal is light, he'll get hungry and angry giving him Fury like Nick Fury.
Sp2, he'll be immune to armour break and other non damaging defuffs.
SP3, a buff with increased duration and potency of the previous special.
And a unique sp3 animation against Wolverine using the movie reference.

Blob is morbidly obese, not super jacked and fat. It would make more sense for kingpin to be coldsnap immune with your logic. Just being fat doesn't do a whole lot for you with resistance to cold

Blob needs to have a self-root mechanic, as his power involves a unidirectional gravity field making him essentially immovable. The opposite of Juggernaut. And he’s so fat that when you punch him your hand gets stuck, so maybe when he’s rooted any contact attack stuns the attacker. Maybe the only way to unroot him is by throwing a special attack. And when rooted he has 100% chance to resist a block break. In fact, any heavy attack would bounce the attacker backwards and knock them down. Maybe Blob can only dash when opponent stunned or been knocked down.

He can still be frozen solid by Iceman. His power really only involves being immovable and impervious to physical attacks.
