Doom, Scorpion, and red Magneto carried me through last 3 acts. Magneto cheeses a lot of paths. Doom and Scorpion counter most bosses and anyone on paths that Magneto can't beat.

Warlock and Ultron would be good. Warlock has a reliable healblock for sabertooth boss, and Ultron has a nice, consistent Regen to help with the no retreat node.
