Good 100+ million alliance looking for two or three. We run optional war, AQ map 6 with one group running raids when we have enough tickets. Alliance prestige is about 18k. We don't have prestige minimums, just be able to put up 100k in battlegrounds, be active, and be able to run map 6. If you want to run War or Raids you can but it isn't required.
