Recent Champion and Tag Bugs

I don't know if I'm supposed to report bugs one at a time in individual posts, so I'm just going to detail all of the bugs that I've noticed are affecting specific champions as of late.

To satisfy the formalities:
Device: OnePlus Nord N100
System: Android 11, up to date
Carrier: T-Mobile
Game version: 42.1.0, up to date
Issues occurred regardless of whether on cellular or wi-fi
No boosts were used, issues were discovered in Realm of Legends and Practice Mode

Iron Man (Classic):
- While fighting against a Longshot with an unlocked Signature Ability, Iron Man's Armor Up Buffs were being instantly Nullified and replaced with Bad Karma, despite Iron Man's new stipulation that his Armor Buffs cannot be Nullified.
- While fighting against Black Widow (Claire Voyant), when either Champion struck the other with a Light or Medium Attack, Iron Man's Armor Up Buffs were not Nullified (which is as it should be); however, despite not triggering Nullify, Black Widow still loses 1 Clairvoyance Charge on each hit.

Shocker:
- During his recent tune-up, Shocker's Special Attack 1 now generates 30 Vibro-Shock Charges instead of 25. However, while the Energize passive from Shocker's Special Attack 3 is active, his Special Attack 1 will only generate 25 Vibro-Shock Charges, instead of 30. If the Energize passive is removed by Shocker reaching 2 Bars of Power, Shocker once again becomes able to gain 30 Vibro-Shock Charges from his Special Attack 1, until he activates his Energize passive again.

Sersi:
- Sersi's Glancing Buff no longer causes incoming attacks to actually gain the properties of Glancing attacks; while the attacks will still put up a "Glancing" callout, and will trigger Regeneration Buffs when striking her if her Signature Ability is active, the attacks will not have their damage or Ability Accuracy reduced, and the attacks can still become Critical.

Onslaught:
- Onslaught's Special Attack 3 consumes 4.5% less Power for each Neuroshock passive on the opponent, up to a maximum of 33% less Power consumed (meaning that this reaches maximum potency at 8 Neuroshocks). However, if Onslaught activates a Special Attack 3 while the opponent is suffering from more than 8 Neuroshock passives, Onslaught will be left with 0 Power, as though there were 0 Neuroshock passives on the opponent.

Those are the bugs that I would consider to be Champion-specific. There are also issues that affect Champions based on ambiguity surrounding their Tags:

Rintrah and #Dimensional Being:
- Rintrah recently underwent a small tune-up, just to make sure that his abilities work correctly. One of the announced changes to him was the addition of the #Dimensional Being tag. Despite this announcement, the #Dimensional Being tag cannot be found in Rintrah's listed tags. However, while fighting against Blade, Blade started the fight with Danger Sense active- since this was in Practice Mode, the only way to trigger Blade's Danger Sense is for him to fight against Champions with the #Dimensional Being tag. What's more, Purgatory's Dimensional Buddies Synergy grants all Champions tagged as #Dimensional Beings Bleed Immunity, but even on a team where this Synergy was active, Rintrah did not become Bleed Immune. In other words: Rintrah is being treated as a #Dimensional Being to some abilities but not others, making it unclear whether he's actually a #Dimensional Being.

Onslaught, Moondragon, and #Psychic Shielding:
- Certain Champions and Nodes have effects that become less potent, or fail to activate altogether, while facing an opponent with #Psychic Shielding, so whether a Champion is #Psychically Shielded or not can have a dramatic impact on their utility. According to their listed tags, Onslaught is #Psychically Shielded, and Moondragon is not. However, based on their interactions with Champions that have abilities that are affected by the #Psychic Shielding tag, it's unclear whether either of them are actually #Psychically Shielded or not.
- There are currently 4 Champions who have abilities that can be prevented/affected by #Psychic Shielding: Emma Frost (with her Signature Ability Reversed Controls effect), Professor X (with his Vigilance passive and his reduced Power consumption during Mind Control), Stryfe (with his Invisibility), and Onslaught himself (with his Special Attack 2 Delirium effect).
- Despite #Psychic Shielding not being in her listed tags, Moondragon behaves as if she were #Psychically Shielded during fights against Stryfe and Professor X (by causing Stryfe's Invisibility and Professor X's Vigilance to automatically fail, and causing Professor X's Special Attacks to consume more Power during Mind Control), but not Onslaught (she was immune to the Reversed Controls aspect of his Delirium effect, but not the Delirium effect itself); as for Emma Frost, since Moondragon is naturally immune to Reversed Controls, Emma Frost's Reversed Controls ability is not a valid test for this.
- Despite #Psychic Shielding being in his listed tags, Onslaught only counts as #Psychically Shielded against Stryfe and enemy Onslaughts; he does not cause Emma Frost's Reversed Controls or Professor X's Vigilance to fail, and Professor X's Mind Control Power Efficiency bonus was not affected.
