Missing necropolis mastery point

I had 61 mastery points, the extra point from necropolis rewards.
I recently did a masteries change and now my extra point is gone.
Only 60 points available.
Is this a known bug?

Mastery points don’t just disappear. Can you please send screenshots showing your masteries and proof that you completed necropolis?
Edit: I could be swinging out of the ballpark here, but wasn’t the old cap 59? Now that I think about, I’m pretty sure it was

The max is 60, I believe you miscounted(60 with the necro one I mean)

Probably thinking that Mastery points used to be on an even 10-boundary like Energy max is.

No (and yes), the new extra mystery point (bug) affecting a few people due to a preliminary attempt at Act-4 correction is brand new.
Was NOT back on Jan 30th when this person was apparently mis-remembering how many points they had before.
