Which to r2?

Hi, considering my roster, which 7* would it be best to rank up to r2 and why? The first photos are my 6* r4 and r5, the rest show my 7*r1 pool which I must decide from.
I believe hulk, Shang chi and venom are very good choices but which one would make my roster more balanced?

    It's a toss up but I would likely go hulk in your case.
