Threat Level 5 100 percent

I just 100 percent completed threat level 5 of this months side quest, I didn’t catch a screenshot but I double checked the community post and I saw there was supposed to be 5k 6 star shards and also 100 tier 2 primordial dust but I didn’t get either? I got everything else but no dust and no shards? Anyone else or did my account just bug?
