Abs Man (as an attacker, not WoW) Buff Reduction Broken

Abs Man is no longer reducing opponent's Unstoppable/Immortality/etc buffs by 90%.
I noticed this Monday, in a fight with Hercules, but I can't recall the setup. It may have been Arena.
But today, on Map 5 AQ, there's a perfect path for him -- heavy intercept to remove protection, and unstoppable.
Well, that unstoppable is not being reduced at all. I tried it in two different fights and it wasn't working.

With the original problem, I had recoils on; once I removed them it resolved, but I think that was merely coincidence.
