How do I fight absorbing man with she hulk?

Can someone eli5 how do I fight this guy with she hulk? I dunno how his defensive abilities work and how she gains furies. I read her abilities and she gets them at an 11% chance. I watched kt1 video and he got like 20 furies with her. I've done this fight 40 times and I haven't gotten more than like 4 furies. Also I read I should heavy counter his special to remove his Regen when he's refined, but half the time it works and half the time it doesn't. Why doesn't it always work? He has so many icons I dunno which to watch for. I read somewhere he becomes refined if using the same special twice, but then he starts the match, does one sp1 and now he's refined so wtf? Should I be baiting all sp1? Should I be getting him to sp2? What do I do

1 - she hulk has random chance for furies as per my knowledge
2 - abs man start the fight in black uru form, so when he throws his first sp1, he'll get the form refined, you can remove this by immediately heavy punishing his specials, or pushing him to sp2 at the start of fight.

2- what about other times he uses a special and then becomes refined. Why don't heavies remove the regen and his refined form

Heavy spam abs in the corner and throw sp2 only after first hit of heavy to push him over a bar of power.
After the ball is thrown in sp1 quickly dash in and dex last hit to heavy punish. I've gotten a solo with r2 she hulk and r3 she hulk (6 stars). Going to try a r3 5 star soon.

Also don't worry about refined forms, there's a timer that makes heavy counter break his form and it's really not a big deal.

About your question regarding 1 special triggering refined it's when he has 600 of his little passive thingies that triggers double regen and automatically refines form. Don't worry about it tho you'll outdamage it
