Please! For the love of God. Get rid of this crush 2.0 tactic. It makes no difference how good of a player you are if you’re gonna get rooted and then hit with an unblockable attack. There’s nothing fun about it and then the amount of resources you have to spend to heal up a boosted champ in AW only to have it happen the next fight is crazy. Do this for the players who are frustrated and fed up. I’ve played this game for 6+ years and have spent thousands of dollars in that time, but at this point I’m ready to walk away.

Getting rid of this tactic would be a pro player move. If you can’t get rid of the tactic then at least give us hard counter. If I die cause make mistake that’s one thing. But to die to this is beyond painful.

Since the crush tactic allows the defender to inflict a root on the attacker while having an access to unblockable attack sequences, then Miles morales could be the best answer? he phase through all type of unblockable attacks from special attacks animation if it has unblockable on it and the crush tactic will give that. Of course it depends if the defender don't have any true strike built in it's kit.

Not every special is unblockable so you will take alot of damage from blocking normal specials, unless you can Dex them while rooted. Which miles is just too squishy to risk in a high tier war imo. Also seems the "rng" of those unblockable attacks tended to be on the blockable special side and I would die or take damage from blocking. Good news is this meta ends in 8 wars including this one? Or something like that. Then we get a whole new one to adjust too.

Additionally I’m assigned path 9 in war which means I have to deal with bleed, poison, shock and icinerate nodes which Miles can’t do.
