Champ stuck in the mud

Fighting today my champs feel sluggish and unresponsive. I do a double dash back and get clipped on second dash because it doesn’t work. I go to dash in after special and it’s just a bit off. Parry is off (not new but still sucks). I swipe and my champ throws a light attack. But most of all it just seems like my champs are stuck in the mud.

    Clean your phone screen, if that ain’t the issue idk man, I don’t have that problem, iPhone 14, maybe your device is slowing down
