I was doing some random incursions today and noticed that when I dash back and hold block for the 15% regen, I was randomly getting 2% - 4% alot of the time on my herc.

Team is herc
Heimdall
Thor

Got a small video of it but apparently I can't post a video.

There's before and after screenshots.

And there was no sort of healblock, buff cancel type nodes.

    It restored 15% of your CURRENTLY MISSING HEALTH.

    So if at 50% health, it will restore only 7.5%

    Ohhhhhhh, that makes alot more sense now.
    I always thought it was a straight 15%, that explains it.
