Who should I awaken?

I have a 6 star generic awakening gem but I want to awaken morbius, knull, and Wiccan. Who’s the best character to choose?

6* gems are incredibly common since we get at least 1 per month. Just pick your favorite and roll with it.

Level up the champ you enjoy playing as the most, remember it's a game it's fine to have fun and not worry about the 'meta' sometimes.

Who do you use more?
Which one's ability do you want more? Morbius v Bleed Immune, Wiccan v Shock Immune and/or able to block unblockables, or Knull needing less ramp up and/or being a defender?
