You can get one R3 from Necropolis completion, another from Necropolis exploration, a third for spending enough money on Cyber weekend, and a fourth for being the top spender in Banquet

You got lucky to get to D1. I am out here on D2 and every opponent has at least on R3, 5 R2s, 7 R5 6* ascended, and no champ below R4 in the roster. They also rarely have more than 3m total champ PI, so the paywall is no longer a paywall but a Winter of Woe level of f*ckery...

One of them even had a 31k PI Cosmic Ghost Rider that doesn't even show on his top 4 profile champs!
