3&4 star champions

Y do we still get 3&4* champions? Y is there sth called progress and y are the paragon and valiant titles if u still only get 4* champions?! makes no sense! i mean these 0,2% chances make no sense, imagine a fifa player paying thousands of dollars to get players with 60 rating 😂😂 u play certain stuff, get progression titles but the rewards dont change 🤷🏻‍♂️ 7 years ago this game used to be fun, now its just a game of who pays the most and has the most luck at the same time... well done 🤙🏽
