Finishing moves

With so many champs in the game and the huge variety of interactions, I think finishing moves; a bit like a street fighter super move mixed with a mortal Kombat finishing move.
You get the extra special attack at the end of the fight when the opponent is below 10% or something.
If you succeed with the finishing move, you get a cool finish, if you don't do enough damage to finish them, the opponent gets the opportunity to counter and deal big damage in a cool way back.
I think this would add a fun new element to the game. What do you think?
