We need better alliance recruitment options in-game

The forums, Reddit, Discord, etc are all flooded w alliances having the same issues recruiting. A big reason for this is the in-game search is terrible and there aren't any ways to recruit in game. I know this got mentioned months ago in a stream or something but honestly a lot of alliances are just dying these days and we could use some attention on the matter.
