5* Champion Help: Tigra or Kushala

I recently redownloaded the game and have no clue which champs to upgrade. Here is a list of my current 5 stars, any help on what to upgrade would be great. I’ve heard great things on Tigra and Kushala but don’t know which one to focus more on.

    Kushala. Tigra requires a very specific playstyle, and also prefers max sig.

    Not sure if kushala needs awakening, but she's definitely gonna be easier to play right out of the box.
