Raid boost works in Arena

I chose the Null Break boost for my Doom in Raids, and then found that it applies to all of my Tactician champs in Arena.
I got some terrible match-ups to actually demonstrate it since Spidey 2099 is immune to the placebo buffs in the first place and Galan is immune to my attempts to nullify them, but it should be clear nonetheless.
