I'll make a suggestion. In the SUMMONER'S MARKET login option, include the option to log in with your Google Play Game account.

Why do you think that a bad idea ??

Logging into WebStore is done in a way that it would know which Game Account you are buying something for, so it can give your Game Account the stuff you are buying via WebStore.

Currently, only works using game account linked Kabam ID.

But plenty of other people DON'T login to game via a Kabam ID. They use GooglePlay account or Apple GameCenter account.

So if WebStore allowed you to use the SAME METHOD as those people login to the game with (GooglePlay or GameCenter), it would still be able to know WHICH game account to give the items to.

You still wound be using Xsolla's payment processing method in order to pay (thus bypassing Google/Apple cost that they otherwise take from Kabam).

**only thought is maybe Google/Apple would not want to allow Kabam/Xsolla to utilize their login method (even if only for identifying WHAT game account you are) for purposes of getting around their “Fees” they charge Kabam.

Which may be. But it's NOT along the line of “why can’t I use GooglePlay Payment Card”. It's asking about it being the method to identify which game account (not the payment). Which is a more subtle gray area.
