Carina Avenger Awakening Question

Hello Gamers I have a quick question I have Iron man Antman and Hawkeye all as 7* but was wondering if u need them awaken for them to be useful or they are fine unduped I want to save rank up resources for someone else especially since I have them as a 7* already don't want to rank up 6* unless it is necessary.
