Bug For new members in alliance in war season

Our new alliance members can't join war today, any other alliance have this error with your members?

the new allies were unable to deploy on the war map, any other alliance have this error with your members?

Non of my new members including myself can join war. We joined a week ago and still can't place for war.

I was able to join as an attacker in my new alliance, but I still can't place any defenders.
