Can we get a redo on the champ pools with DOT champs going down the drain.
Some of these champs are quite great like titania, iron man, hulkbuster, hulkling and storm but some others are severely handicapped. Are you guys going to rotate some in and out?

    Instead, why don't they let DOT scale with damage? What are the downsides? My r3 Venom is hitting hard, but is handicapped by Lack of bleed damage.
