Yes, she instakills with her sp3 when the enemy is at 5% or below so she deals the max possible damage

Can’t be. That’s the highest number that can be shown the way the game exists right now. Meaning that that’s the limit to the damage that the game can show, not the limit to the damage Guillotine can do. If the code is modified to allow a larger number, Guillotine’s max damage would change as well because the actual limiter is not to her damage but to what number the game can show you.

New damage hype? That's been already there. I even used her against Scytalis for the last phase. Sp3 and the most painful phase done.
