Surfer Taking Incinerate Damage

Recently I have noticed my Silver Surfer taking incinerate damage from debuff and passive debuff.
He shouldn't take it from either, is anyone else having this issue?

did the nodes specify the incinerates doing more than 100% damage?

surfer takes -100% less damage so if they were doing 200% more damage he’d still take some

Nah I checked nodes. Most recent was absman in BGs

Silver Surfer takes -100% damage from Coldsnap, Incinerate, and Shock Debuffs. Absman, in his refined Magma form, inflicts Incinerate Passives, bypassing this reduction in damage.

Passive debuffs are not a thing.

He reduces damage from incinerate debuffs by 100%. Meaning that if the potency somehow goes beyond that, he will take the additional potency as damage.

As for passive incinerate's, he won't resist them at all. It will damage him as normal.

I always thought why he was only immune to these energy based debuffs and not passive but then again he's a pretty old champ and not that many champs have passive debuff effects.
The hole in his armour is more visible now because passive shocks and incinerate are much more common compared to when he was released

Abs Man’s incinerate damage is not a debuff, it’s a burst. Therefore Silver Surfer’s resistance does not come into play.
