Medusa (unless you have better cosmics), you will need her against 🤖 in story quest progression.

Also Human Torch (excellent) against Mystics.

looks like you're not really even into the 5* game yet? not judging, but your current progression point matters for what would help you.
- every single suggestion here is solid.
- I'd recommend focusing on 5*, until you start getting 6*.
- 4* champs that can fight above their level would be Torch (mentioned previously) and Domino, and possibly Ham or Silk. you will get mileage out of ranking them.

Pick the champs which has more stars first. As they will be useful in a long run.
As of now,
Mystic - Tigra, Wiccan
Science - Human Torch
Mutant - Kitty pryde, domini
Cosmic - Medusa (useful in act 5), Angela
Tech - Omega Sentinel
Skill - Thor / Attuma (pick whichever you find will be useful depending on their kit)

Skip ranking 3* unless it's a really really needed champion for a fight.
