Attaching a Kabam ID to my existing account

I want to attach to a Kabam Account to my existing account, problem is the Support Team is such a pain in the ass
I could get my purchases but my I cant remember my Original IGN as I created this game from way back 2015 and just got back in December 2022.
Any advices?
