Perfect block chance

I have been noticing this for a while now and I'm wondering if its a bug. EVERY SINGLE parry I do with shang chi is a perfect block, 0 damage, without fail. Am I missing something? How is this possible. I know their are masteries and champ stats that increase block prof and perfect block chance but I don't feel this should be possible

    Well it could be that he's so overpowered in the current content you're in or maybe you have the block prof stat focus or something? I don't know anything about your account due to it being private so🤷‍♂️
