Why are Hood, Spiderman Supreme, Stryfe, Dani Moonstar part of the attacker tactic in war?

These champs all rely on the opponent missing hits in order to function, and the defender tactic punishes you if the defender misses hits. Like what is the point of these champs being in the pool, they are useless.
