Is there any way for an average paragon player who doesn’t place high in war or bgs to get them?

If you have about 30k in Trophy Tokens, you can get one in the Battlegrounds store… Takes 4 weeks though, only 25% per week…

Also the Winter of Woe rewards give 25% per milestone…
