We have champion predictions, so how about rebalance predictions?

Given the regular cadence of the balance program and the uptick we've had in older champions being tuned up, I thought it would be a fun gander to have some predictions on what older champs could get this treatment or if a newly released champion would be looked at. The concept is like JayAxe's prediction lists but with a much more undetermined outlook given Kabam rarely ever hints at these kind of changes(ignoring you Nightcrawler).
So far we have been covered up to May with a Mister Sinister tune-up, so these are what we have remaining so far, not counting this month since it hasn't come out yet.
June which contains Cheeilth, Kushala and Maestro;
July which contains Onslaught and Deathless Guilliotine;
August which contains Bullseye and White Tiger;
September which contains Dust and Iron Heart;
Lay your predictions down for these months. Do you think we'll see an older champ get an upgrade? or will a new release champ be given rebalance?

If onslaught doesn't get tuned down, I doubt pretty any champ will.

Also, I doubt deathless guilly will get re-balanced even though it'd be nice since most people have her and her utility is awful.

Yes every champ newly released or buffed is subject to rebalance as of recently Werewolf and Morbius info came they are not getting changed and will stay the same

It would be cool to see thematic reassessments. Wouldn’t hold my breath for it, but it’d be neat

I don't see anyone getting really touched up until Iron heart and dust.
