Paragon Player looking for active AW/AQ/RAID Ally

My current alliance doesn’t hardly do anything. We missed first 2 raid cycles when I’ve been wanting to do them, and only like 2 people explore AW. AQ is completed but rarely explored. Looking for new alliance where being active and doing your part is a priority.
